REQUEST FOR CONSULTANT: CHAMBER MEMBERS

Following an MoU signed between GNCCI and Expertise France,

the Chamber is seeking for a Consultant to write a detailed grant request under the ACP-EU digital connectivity and digital solutions to strengthen the resilience of education, health, and MSMEs systems to COVID-19.

The programme will provide:

a. Improved access to an affordability of connectivity and digital services to targeted beneficiaries in the health, education, and MSMEs sectors to improve their capacity to face the COVID-19 crisis

b. Reinforced digital services to foster the continuity and quality of education and health services (Specific Objective 2)

c. Support to the digital transformation of MSMEs to foster continuity of business during pandemics (Specific Objective 3)

The main activities to be carried out by the Consultant are:

1. The development of a comprehensive need assessments about digital skills for resilience.

2. A holistic implementation support of a project for MSMEs including digital trainings.
